GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
SMT Equipment Engineer

BASIC DUTIES:
- Equipment troubleshooting.
- Failure cause analysis level, countermeasure formulation and implementation.
- Establishment of maintenance report database.
- Contact with external equipment manufacturers and follow up on progress.
- Equipment improvement project leadership and related SOP formulation.
- Alternative search, development, testing and evaluation.
- Development and implementation of maintenance plans.
- Implementation of fixed asset inventory plan.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:
- English 70% +
- College degree in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, electricity or any other specialty related to equipment maintenance.
- Experience in SMT equipment maintenance (NPM, Glue dispenser, reflux oven, AOI, SPI, conveyor, laser printing, solder paste printer).
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Familiar with the use of quality control tools and methods.




- Proficient in using office software.
- Cheerful personality, strong stability & pressure resistance.

OTHERS IMPORTANTS FACTORS:
- Communication skills, Organization and Problem solving.
- Basic course of ISO 9001, QC080000 system, CSR & special features; IATF 16949, ESD, capable of writing 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, FMEA.
