Responsibilities:
The Opportunity

Lead Category Growth strategies for the Traditional Trade channel by leveraging category insights, segmentation, and customer needs to develop portfolio, assortment, planogram, and execution recommendations.



Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and enable growth opportunities through Perfect Store and CVO initiatives.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Category Growth strategies for the Traditional Trade channel through insights, segmentation, and customer-centric solutions.
- Define and execute the Perfect Store strategy, including portfolio, assortment, planograms, layouts, and execution standards.
- Identify and enable growth opportunities through portfolio optimization, CVO initiatives, and differentiated category strategies.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to prioritize innovation opportunities, competitive actions, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the Category Champion for Biscuits and Salty Snacks, driving business growth, capability development, and execution excellence.
