- Preparation of the daily incident report.
- Management, delivery, and receipt of keys.
- Handling of lost and found items.
- Operation of the alarm and fire protection systems.
- Answering phone calls and following up on daily departmental requests.
- Access control for team members entering and exiting the property.
- Vehicle access control into the hotel.
- Monitoring alarms and the CCTV video surveillance system.
- Responding to emergency situations.
