- Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineer - Coil Shop, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical support for Coil Shop manufacturing processes, including Fin Press, Hairpin Bender, and Expander operations.
- Coordinating and developing manufacturing technical personnel assigned to the area.
- Leading CAPEX projects related to equipment acquisition, installation, validation, tooling, and process improvements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Analyzing and resolving manufacturing issues using Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Developing and maintaining work instructions, PFMEA documentation, Control Plans, and visual management tools.
- Coordinating activities with Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Advanced Manufacturing teams.
- Supporting new product introductions, engineering changes, and process validation activities.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing actions to achieve operational targets.





Requirements:

- As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Experience leading or coordinating manufacturing technical personnel.
- Experience managing and executing CAPEX projects.
- Experience with the installation, startup, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of HVAC coil manufacturing processes, including Fin Press, Hairpin Bender, and Expander equipment.
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous
