Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:




As aFreight Claims Specialistworking within Redwood Logistics,you will be responsible for ensuring that all freight claims are filed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This position is responsible for filing claims within five business days of receipt, responding to carrier and customer inquiries promptly, and managing their assigned tickets. The Freight Claims Coordinator will also complete monthly reviews of claims that are over 90 days old, collaborating with the broader team to address any outstanding issues. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service are essential for success in this role.
