ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are currently looking for a Digital Collections Specialist (Full Time) to join our growing team who will be responsible for handling digital collections, soft collections, fraud detection, and maintaining a results-oriented approach.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:




- Manage assigned clients for collection calls.- Report suspicious activities related to fraud across different countries.- Work independently on assigned accounts and focus on specific areas.-
- Soft collections with a results-driven approach, ensuring targets are met.- Analyze data through Excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables.- Work with systems and manage multitasking effectively.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital collections, reconciliations, or similar roles.- Proven experience in soft collections with a focus on customer relations and negotiation.- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data.- Ability to handle fraud-related issues and manage sensitive conversations with clients.- Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities.- Must be proactive, results-oriented, and able to deal with customers in a defensive position.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
