About the Role:
As an Accounting Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information. You'll support monthly close activities, tax compliance, audits, and accounting operations while helping us build a world-class finance organization.
This is an opportunity to work closely with our Finance leadership team, optimize processes through technology, and contribute to a company that is scaling rapidly.
What You'll Do:
- Lead monthly closing activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in our ERP (NetSuite preferred).
- Prepare account reconciliations and support financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Mexican tax regulations.
- Prepare documentation for external audits and support internal audit requests.
- Assist with monthly and annual tax filings and working papers.
- Manage corporate expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
- Collaborate with Finance, People, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes using AI and digital tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support our growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting.
- Experience with monthly close processes.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliations.
- Experience with monthly and annual tax filings.
