Job Description

Responsible for processing company payroll and associated taxes in a timely and accurate manner. Analyzes payroll data to ensure the correct handling of employee earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits, while also monitoring client feedback to drive improvements and ensure service excellence.

Additionally, supports the payroll supervisor and manager in reviewing and implementing legal and regulatory requirements and corporate payroll policies—covering areas such as social security contributions, state payroll taxes, electronic accounting compliance, and proper accounting records. The objective is to ensure correct digital stamping across all entities and maintain compliance when reporting weekly payrolls to the SAT for all AutoZone companies, including special processes such as profit sharing (PTU) and the annual Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo).

Responsibilities
- Responsible of processing payroll timely and accurate basis and prepares and analyzes weekly payroll reports. Updates and maintains Savings Fund database, severance benefits, food coupons,



child supports withholdings, terminations calculations, housing credits withholdings, comission fees, FONACOT withholdings among others duly recorded and paid, responding to any questions from employees and functional areas, requesting proper payment approval and ensuring proper allocation.
- Reviews and is charge duly compliance on payroll taxes from employer and withheld to the employees a. Makes reconciliation with Authorities SUA system, payroll system and goverment reports identifyings differences, proceeding with corresponding corrections and finalizing in corresponding payments. Generates the monthly & bimonthly social security tax, Infonavit, FONACOT & SAR payments. Elaborates State Payroll Tax calculation for each one the 32 states.
