Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Creating customer projects using a standard structure ( Sap System)- Loading budgets- Review and release budget supplements- Creating WBS Elements for tools and capital equipment- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions- Ensure correct and timely collection of actual costs on projects- Charge internal hours to projects monthly- Ensuring all relevant Purchase Orders and Sales Orders are maintained in PS on a timely basis- Support business case calculations,annual budget,



and quarterly forecastExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in Business; Finance or Administration Major preferred- More than 8 years of experience in Budgets structures for Projects and product development in the Automotive Industry- English Advanced ( the position reports directly to USA)- Excellent Knowledge of SAP (CO, PS, SD, BW)- Advanced Excel Skills and experience in Microsoft Office products- Organization, prioritization, problem solving, and time management skills- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills- Attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential- Ability to be a team player and work under pressure.
