It is a more operational role, focusing on the execution and (daily) operations of real estate object or unit in line with the needs of SE and the requirements of SE RE, ensuring optimal performance of Leon Location in alignment with the broader general real estate strategy and company goals.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Site & Real Estate Operations Management: Ensure optimal operational performance of the León site by executing property and Real Estate (FMS, maintenance, FM) strategies aligned with global SE objectives and local business needs.
- Maintenance Strategy & Asset Protection: Define, implement, and oversee the local maintenance strategy, ensuring proper repairs, upgrades, modernization, and long‑term asset value protection.
- Vendor Management & Compliance: Manage and monitor FM, FS, and security service providers, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, regulatory adherence, EHS execution, and alignment with SE internal standards.
- Financial & Data Management: Own local operational data (FMS, maintenance) and ensure accuracy and timelines
