Growth Marketing Specialist - CS0812 Location: Remote - Must work Eastern Time hours

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to own our lead generation engine end to end, from paid ads and outbound prospecting through funnel building, CRM/automation execution, and channel partner development. This role replaces work currently split across outside contractors. You'll be taking direct, full-time ownership of functions we've been running through agency partners, so this is a build-and-own position, not a support seat.

Set up, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns: targeting, creative rotation, budget management, and ongoing optimization.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels (landing pages, opt-ins, nurture sequences) designed to convert traffic into qualified leads.
- Manage and execute LinkedIn marketing,



organic and/or paid strategies to grow visibility and generate inbound interest.
- Work within Apollo for outbound prospecting, list building, and sequence management.
- Oversee our SMS/texting outreach campaign, working with our outside vendor to manage cadence, messaging, and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance across channels and report on key metrics (CPL, conversion rates, funnel drop-off, partner attribution, etc.).
- Continuously test and refine ad creative, targeting, and funnel copy to improve performance.

3+ years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing, ideally combining paid ads, funnels, and CRM/automation (5+ years preferred)
- Working knowledge of Apollo for outbound prospecting and sequencing
- LinkedIn marketing experience, organic content strategy and/or LinkedIn ads
- Ability to work full-time Eastern hours
