Support the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, phone screens, interview scheduling, and follow-ups .
Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards,



and other recruiting channels .
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruitment records .
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
Provide general administrative and recruiting support as needed.
1–3 years of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR Coordination experience .
~ Fluent English-speaking skills are required.
~ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, recruiting platforms, and AI tools .
~ Ability to work effectively with offshore and cross-functional teams .
