Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: $19,161.00 – $31,161.00 MXN gross per month
- Unlimited sales bonus — no cap, tied directly to your performance. Your results, your earnings.
- Attendance bonus: $2,000.00 MXN per month
- Grocery vouchers: 10% of salary, beginning at permanent contract (after 90-day probation period)
- Paid training from day one
- Paid uniforms at permanent contract
