What Will You Bring To The Team.




TGCS is seeking a Sr. Edge Platform Support Engineer to support and operate the ELERA® platform and related edge infrastructure that power Produce Recognition and Loss Prevention solutions. This role is responsible for the reliable deployment, configuration, compliance, and operational support of the platform. The adecuado candidate combines strong software engineering and SDLC practices, production support, incident management experience, and a solid understanding of AI/ML. This role requires close collaboration with the team and the client during store installations, upgrades, and operational events.

- Manage firmware, application packages, and configuration updates across fleets.
- Maintain and manage fleet-wide version compliance across customer environments.
