Role & Responsibilities:

Analyst daily accounting records ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare balance accounts reconciliations and account analysis.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Manage and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Support monthly and annual closing processes.
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
Manage internal and external audits.
Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations.
Participate in continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Support Annual physical inventory processes.

Skills & Strengths:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
3 o more years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a maquiladora environment.
Knowledge of accounting standards (NIF / US GAAP is a plus).
Experience in annual inventory and cycle counting.
Knowledge of tax compliance and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
