Responsibilities:
Develop reliability prediction models and recommend test methodologies as needed.
Develop reliability test cycles based on real-world product usage profiles and field conditions.
Analyze warranty data, DFMEA outputs, PFMEA and Control Plan inputs, and field findings to prevent recurrence of failures in testing and the field.
Assist the Reliability Lab and Product Engineering with test failure investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
Support Product Engineering in the application of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in reliability, quality, design, or industrial engineering.
Fluent in English.
