Job Description

The Mobility Aftermarket Buyer for Business Unit Wiper Systems is a member of the newly established Purchasing Center of Competence at the Juarez 2 plant. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable supply of OE and OES wiper system components to North American plants. It is designed as a hybrid position,



combining Commercial Purchasing and Purchasing Project Management responsibilities into one empowered buyer role. The buyer serves as the primary interface between the regional business unit and MA-WS OE Purchasing worldwide, coordinating strategic and operational purchasing topics across functions. Buyer grade and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support general Strategy Development and execute local Tactics.
Represent Purchasing in cross-functional teams supporting customer projects - including maintenance, changes and end-of-life ramp down.
Lead the Project Management for Purchasing-initiated projects, e.g., localization.
Create RFQCs for new materials, RPP ideas, volume changes, customer requests, market evaluations, and related purchasing activities.
Manage tooling budgets, including BANF creation and coordination of the approval process.
Coordinate sample orders for internal requests, engineering change requests, and other proj
