Role Overview
As an Technology Associate Program at Chubb, you will be immersed in a dynamic
environment where artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs)
are integral to our technology strategy. You will actively participate in the
development of innovative user interfaces, applications, and APIs, using modern
frameworks and programming languages. Beyond traditional software engineering,
you will learn to harness AI-powered tools and LLM APIs to streamline
development processes, automate tasks, and enhance product quality. This role is
ideal for individuals eager to build expertise in AI-driven engineering,




collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to impactful projects
that shape the future of digital insurance.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for
improvement and help refine and prioritize user stories.
* Participate in design and code reviews, performance testing, test automation,
and unit testing.
* Apply LLM-based tools to generate boilerplate code, scaffold test cases,
produce documentation, and accelerate code reviews.
* Learn the basics of working with LLM APIs.
* Learn from peers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
* Support a data-driven culture by encouraging critical thinking and
innovation.
* Work in an agile environment to deliver solutions quickly and iteratively
