Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in backend development to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices for our SaaS platform. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, and distributed microservice architectures, along with hands-on experience with Node.js.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, contribute to architecture and technical roadmaps, troubleshoot complex production issues, and collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver reliable and high-quality software.

Experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, AWS, React/TypeScript, Gradle, and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot will be highly valued.

The position is hybrid in Mexico, with candidates in the Mexico City vicinity preferred and expected to work 2 days per week onsite. Strong English communication skills and an ownership-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving are essential.
