As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the HR Director, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Your expertise in employee relations, program implementation, compliance, and data management will help guide teams through change and foster a supportive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing expert guidance on HR-related matters to employees and managers
- Supporting HR programs such as performance management, career development, and engagement initiatives
- Ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes




- Maintaining compliance with federal and state labor laws
- Leveraging employee feedback to drive satisfaction and retention
- Partnering with recruiters to fulfill staffing needs
- Offering HR support across various East Coast locations, with up to 50% travel

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HR experience (U.S.-based HR support is required)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- High level of discretion and adaptability; ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
