Project Manager who will report to Head of HCS Program Management. The Project Manager will be responsible for those activities necessary to lead new product development and HCS projects from concept to release, project organization, budget reviews, supplier coordination, integral cross-functional collaboration and coordination of production and testing to ensure products are produced efficiently,
in budget and on time while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Define, develop, plan, and manage new product development initiatives
Lead the project team through the new product stage gate process while managing prioritizations, resource allocation, risk management, budget management and improvement processes.
Document clear and detailed project plans including goals and the key deliverables, resources and timelines required to achieve success; provide corrective action or escalation if necessary.
Develop and maintain timelines and schedules while staying nimble and adjusting to unforeseen events or multiple scenarios.
Working with PD team for engineering solutions or changes.
Participate in product quality processes, product forecasting and inventory management, product pricing and product design and sourcing process.
Build alignment and lead collaboration with other departments including Sales, Customer
