? We’re Hiring: HubSpot Solutions Architect (Technical Lead)

Most HubSpot agencies do standard implementations. We do the heavy lifting. We don't just set up pipelines; we engineer complex migrations, architect multi-system custom integrations, and build hyper-personalized data experiences.

As our HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will be the technical mastermind behind our most complex client projects. You will act as the translator between business requirements and technical realities—scoping bespoke solutions, mapping data architectures, and leading the technical delivery from kick-off to deployment. You won’t just be a consultant; you’ll be the technical authority guiding our developers and clients to success.

What You’ll Be Doing

System Architecture & Documentation: Design robust HubSpot architectures for enterprise clients and produce clear technical schematics, process maps, and data flow diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
Complex Integrations: Architect custom connections between HubSpot, ERPs,



and legacy systems using enterprise-grade middleware (Workato, Zapier, Make) alongside custom API strategies.
Migrations & Dual-Syncs: Lead technical strategies for large data migrations and design complex, ongoing dual-sync environments between HubSpot and other platforms, such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
Data Governance & Hygiene: Establish firm rules and scalable standards for system compliance, data integrity, and ongoing platform cleanliness across all client Hubs.
Technical Scoping & Pre-Sales: Partner with the sales team to audit prospective client tech stacks, scope out technical requirements, and build proof-of-concept solutions.
Project Leadership: Act as the ultimate technical safety net for the delivery team, ensuring that what we architect is exactly what gets built and deployed.
