Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Remote, Integral
Job Type&Working; Hours: Full-time role with a 9-hour shift per day, including a 1 hour break.

Working hours are flexible and will be scheduled based on where our clients are located and when demand is highest, which may vary by region and season. Shift times will be communicated in advance and adjusted as needed to ensure consistent global client coverage.

Role Summary
The Inbound sales representative is a client-focused, inbound sales role responsible for guiding prospective clients through their initial engagement with TFX. This role supports clients from first inquiry through to a signed engagement letter and completed payment, ensuring they clearly understand our services, process, and pricing.
