We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Cross Sales Manager (VAS) to help expand our portfolio of Value-Added Services and support the growth of integrated logistics solutions for our customers.

Position Overview

As a Cross Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and promoting CMA CGM's non-maritime services, including Value-Added Services (VAS), Intermodal, CEVA Logistics, and Digital Solutions.

You will collaborate closely with commercial teams and customers to develop tailored logistics solutions, increase revenue opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities





✅ Drive the sales and promotion of Value-Added Services and integrated logistics solutions.
✅ Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.
✅ Partner with Sales teams to develop commercial strategies and increase cross-selling opportunities.
✅ Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to support the growth of non-maritime products.
✅ Act as a subject matter expert on logistics solutions, providing guidance and support to commercial teams.
✅ Coordinate with regional and integral stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of services and customer satisfaction.
✅ Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
What We Are Looking For

Education
Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forward
