As a Senior Engineer (VAVE) on the Mobile Solutions, Air Product Management and Engineering team, you will own and drive product value improvements (VAVE) across a broad product portfolio. You will partner closely with commercial, operations, purchasing and engineering teams globally to help identify cost reduction opportunities, influence priorities and deliver successful product transitions.

Key Responsibilities

Product VAVE Strategy: Identify and lead opportunities to improve cost for a defined set of products and support commercial, operations, purchasing and engineering teams to get these implemented.
Cross‑functional Global Collaboration: Work closely with integral sales,



engineering, operations and purchasing to support and execute efficiency improvements.
Plant Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with Donaldson production facilities to leverage operational insights to drive product value improvement. Assist completion of operation’s Cost Reduction Pipeline initiatives by providing engineering support and guidance.
Product Lifecycle Management: Identify opportunities to phase out products, rationalize our portfolio offering and support transitions from legacy products to updated offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in Engineering, preferably automotive or a related function.
Advanced English proficiency required.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
