About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on IT Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team while remaining actively involved in the recruitment of key technology positions.
This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for a player-coach who can combine team leadership with strong execution: sourcing and engaging passive candidates, conducting interviews, managing pipelines, partnering with Hiring Managers, and driving searches from intake through offer.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and support the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring hiring priorities and objectives are met.




Remain hands-on in recruitment, directly managing strategic and technical vacancies.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
Recruit specialized technology profiles across Software Engineering, Backend, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, Cybersecurity, Product, Infrastructure, and Software Architecture.
Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, headhunting, talent mapping, referrals, job boards, and networking.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Technology leaders to understand technical requirements, business priorities, and candidate profiles.
Guide and develop the recruiting team, providing support on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and difficult-to-fill positions.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring need
