Position Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the analysis,



deployment and administration of Total Rewards programs across Latin America (LATAM), with a focus on benefits operations, employee communications, and compensation analytics. Reporting to the Director Compensation – Americas, the role partners with the regional Total Rewards and HR teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and scalable programs that strengthen employee experience, support retention, and enable business outcomes. Key accountabilities include benefits enrollment initiatives and education, regional insurance renewals, annual salary review/ASR process support for specific populations, and market benchmarking analytics to inform union negotiation salary increase proposals and internal equity decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support benefits enrollment initiatives across LATAM (including system setup, eligibility audits, administrator guides, and issue resolution) in partnership with country HRPB and vendors.
