About the Role
We’re looking for a HubSpot Marketing Operations Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our HubSpot instance - keeping demand gen campaigns running cleanly, leads moving efficiently through the funnel, and data structured so it actually means something to marketing and sales. We’re a small and lean team, and Hubspot is our CRM and CMS – so it’s a pivotal part of our GTM plan.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role.
You’ll be in HubSpot daily, not weekly.

Key requirements
C1 English written and verbal communication
5+ years in HubSpot at a Super Admin or Power User level
3+ years of experience with lead management.
Solid grasp of HubSpot's native buyer intent features and how to activate them for both marketing and sales
Strong campaign data structure and attribution logic - you build campaigns clean from the start
