Company specializing in technological services and IT talent for companies in the United States is looking for a B2B Sales Account Executive to help U.S.-based companies scale their engineering teams with top Latin American tech talent.
? What are they looking for?
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably B2B
• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing
• Advanced/fluent English — required
• Strong outbound prospecting and business development skills
• Experience managing a CRM and sales pipeline
• Experience in IT Staff Augmentation or B2B technology services is a plus
• Willingness to travel periodically to the U.S., starting after the first 6 months
? What will you do?
You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing the sales process from lead qualification through closing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Qualifying inbound leads
• Conducting discovery calls with prospects
• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Following up with qualified prospects
• Creating tailored commercial proposals
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Collaborating with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams
• Using LinkedIn and other channels for social selling
• Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Participating in networking and business development activities in the U.S. market
