The idóneo candidate will Ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of accounting and financial processes in accordance with applicable U.S. accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, while supporting the integrity of financial information, effective Accounts Payable management, and the company's overall financial operations
Core Areas of the Role Include but not limited to:
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
Process invoices and payments for raw materials, services, MRO purchases, freight, commissions, and other business expenses.
Coordinate the required internal approvals prior to payment processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment reports and Accounts Payable records.
Monitor supplier statements and proactively follow up on outstanding balances and discrepancies.
Provide payment details and remittance information to suppliers.
Receive, review, and process invoices through the company's internal systems.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues through effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update supplier master data and related information in internal systems.
Coordinate electronic payments, including wire transfers, credit card payments, and checks.
Prepare and record accounting entries and journal vouchers as required.
Maintain departmental reports and support accurate financial reporting.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
