Java Backend Developer Sr

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, modern integration architecture, and enterprise application development is a plus. The adecuado candidate is a hands-on technical expert who combines exceptional software engineering capabilities with excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, architects, and business partners. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in:
Java (8/11/17+)
Spring Boot
Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data)
Hibernate / JPA
REST API Development
Microservices Architecture

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Architect and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems.




Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to deliver business solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead technical discussions and participate in architecture reviews.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
