We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented CRM & Digital Performance Jr. Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving and optimizing MG Mexico's digital performance, CRM, and lead management ecosystem, connecting digital media, website performance, and the commercial funnel to improve lead quality, conversion, and investment efficiency. The idóneo candidate combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and enjoys working cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, technology partners, and the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Performance & Media: Coordinate and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic media, monitoring KPIs including CPL, lead quality, conversion, ROAS,



and budget performance.
CRM & Lead Management: Manage the lead lifecycle and CRM initiatives, including segmentation, automation, data quality, and funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve lead follow-up, conversion, and overall commercial results.
Website & Digital Ecosystem: Manage and continuously optimize the MG Mexico website and key digital journeys, ensuring effective tracking, integrations, UX, and conversion across the digital ecosystem.
Data & Performance Analytics: Analyze performance across campaigns, sources, regions, and dealers, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital investment and commercial results.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Dealer Marketing, CRM, Technology, agencies, and external partners to identify opportunities, solve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the customer j
