Accountabilities:




Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across service areas such as creative, web, paid media, SEO, and other marketing disciplines, ensuring delivery remains on schedule and within budget.
Build, document, implement, and continuously improve project management systems, workflows, processes, and operating standards across the organization.
Own project budgets and collaborate closely with finance to monitor costs, margins, profitability, and overall financial performance.
Lead resource and capacity planning across concurrent projects and teams, identifying staffing gaps, competing priorities, and delivery bottlenecks before they become risks.
Partner with proposal teams to develop accurate project plans, cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements aligned with client expectations and internal capacity.
