Job Overview
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our North American Experienced Hire Recruiting team, based in our Mexico City office.



The team supports consultant recruiting across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process, including resume management, interview scheduling and logistics, meeting and room coordination, candidate travel arrangements as needed, expense processing, and offer preparation.
As an integral member of the recruiting team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and help deliver a seamless, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and business leaders across multiple cities, countries, and time zones, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination throughout the recruiting process.
