Manufacturing Engineering – Mexico is responsible for leading the manufacturing engineering organization across Intuitive’s Mexico operations, ensuring the organization delivers world-class manufacturing capability, operational excellence, and long-term business scalability.
This executive leader is accountable for defining the manufacturing engineering strategy, building organizational capability, developing future engineering leaders, and enabling sustainable growth through technology, process innovation, and operational excellence. As a member of the Mexico Site Leadership Team, this role partners with General Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other enterprise functions to translate business strategy into manufacturing capability while ensuring world-class quality, productivity, cost performance, and operational readiness.
