About the Role
As an ERP Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and presenting our CRM/ERP solutions tailored perfectly to their needs. You will serve as the bridge between the client and our support and consulting teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.




What You Will Do (Role Responsibilities)
End-to-End Remote Sales Management: Take full ownership of the entire remote sales cycle, managing everything from the first virtual handshake to long-term client retention with a high degree of autonomy and technological proficiency.
Strategic Initial Consultations: Lead in-depth virtual discovery calls to actively listen, empathize, and uncover the true pain points and business goals of prospective clients, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic advisor rather than a transactional vendor.
Precise Scope Definition: Translate complex, and sometimes ambiguous, client needs into tangible, highly customized solutions. Draft meticulous technical and commercial proposals that clearly outline deliverables, timelines, boundaries, and success metrics to ensure zero ambiguity.
