About The Role

The HR Program Manager - FBS is a highly visible role at the center of Farmers Business Services' growth and international expansion journey. Reporting directly to the Global Talent Strategy & FBS Director,



this position serves as the critical link between strategy and execution—transforming ambitious business and people objectives into structured programs, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys bringing clarity to ambiguity, and excels at coordinating complex initiatives across multiple countries and functions. From supporting geographic expansion and workforce growth to improving employee integration and HR operations, the HR Program Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of FBS as it continues to scale globally.

What You'll Do

Drive the execution of FBS strategic growth initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional programs across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful delivery of business priorities.
Partner with FBS and Farmers HR teams to improve operational processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness
