Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industry 4.0 Engineer to join our organization in Celaya Guanajuato, Mexico. This position is responsible for driving the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), the Bosch Production System (BPS), digitalization, data analysis, and Industry 4.0 activities within the plant, including coordinating the LTB (OTF) for digitalization, digital transformation initiatives,
implementing data-driven solutions, and recognizing associates who contribute improvement ideas through the BPS/I4.0 approach. It is responsible for delivering BPS and I4.0 training and serving as the BPS-I4.0 Value Stream Coordinator for production areas, facilitating continuous improvement, digital manufacturing, automation,



and data-driven operational excellence.
Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions including IoT systems, automation platforms, and data analytics frameworks to optimize production processes
Support BPS-I4.0 problem-solving workshops
Stay current with Industry 4.0 advancements and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Support I4.0 project execution and stabilization.
Manage I4.0 projects through execution and stabilization. Lead I4.0 projects from concept through stabilization.
Create and update dashboards, reports, and KPIs. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Design data models, KPIs, and advanced dashboards.
Support automation, analytics, and AI deployments.
