Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

Advanced knowledge of manufacturing test processes, test equipment, instrumentation, controls, automation, and data acquisition.
Strong understanding of propulsion, vehicle, component, or assembly manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, quality-chain requirements, MARO, launch-wall processes, and GPDP.
Knowledge of test-system architecture, sensors, transducers, signal conditioning, PLC/HMI systems, industrial networks, databases, and traceability.
Experience with statistical analysis, measurement-system analysis, capability studies, SPC, and structured problem-solving.
Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, controls, software, and product drawings.
Ability to define and manage technical requirements, interfaces, acceptance criteria, and change control.
Strong project-management, supplier-management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering tools used for documentation, planning, simulation, data analysis,



or manufacturing execution.
Ability to work effectively with general, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams.
High level of initiative, accountability, integrity, adaptability, and decision-making judgment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Control, Electromechanics and Manufacturing systems.
Intermediate - advanced English.
