House of YO is a connectivity and distribution business with compute layered on top. We sell mobile plans, data, top-ups and YOYO$ rewards to prepaid users in the United States and Mexico, through an app.
Almost everything we sell happens inside that app. Getting the user back into it is this role. You own Braze and everything that goes out of it: mobile push, in-app messages, content cards and SMS. Onboarding, activation, top-up reminders, re-engagement, win-back.
YOlanda is our AI concierge. She runs the conversation once the user is inside. You run everything before that. The push that brings someone back on day three, the in-app that explains a plan change, the content card that surfaces a YOYO$ balance worth spending. Where the two meet, the handoff has to be clean. The message sets an expectation and YOlanda meets it on the other side of the tap.
Most of our users are on prepaid plans and count every dollar. A message that wastes their attention costs us the permission to send the next one. Sending less and converting more is the job.
You will not manage anyone.
You will be in the dashboard every day.
Who this is for
You have sent millions of push notifications and you still read every one before it goes. You can open a Canvas and see where users fall out of it. You would rather run the test than win the argument about the copy. You know the difference between a message that works and a message that annoys, and you know the second one is expensive.
You are relentless. The first version is never the one that stays live.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the lifecycle map and build it in Canvas Flow — onboarding, activation, top-up reminders, re-engagement, win-back and churn saves.
Run the native mobile channels (push, in-app, content cards) and use SMS where it earns its cost. Set the frequency policy: caps, quiet hours and control groups.
Write Liquid and build custom in-app messages in HTML/CSS that
