Manager, Media Planning

General Purpose of Job

The Manager, Media Planning is responsible for developing a strong understanding
of clients’ businesses, goals, and challenges and translating those insights
into customized media strategies and plans.

The idóneo candidate has a passion for media and digital marketing, experience
across both digital and traditional media channels, and the ability to think
critically and strategically. This role oversees the media planning process and
helps build strong client relationships through clear, concise, and professional
communication.

The Manager, Media Planning develops media plans designed to deliver against
client goals and KPIs while providing ongoing strategic recommendations that
positively impact the client’s business. This role also manages the day-to-day
activities of team members, including mentoring, coaching, and developing direct
reports.

The Manager will support both existing client strategies and new business
opportunities, collaborating across teams to develop innovative media solutions.

Location: Mexico City,



Mexico. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of
working in the office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with Media Strategy leadership to develop innovative, customized
solutions that support the goals of prospective and existing clients.
* Develop and oversee media strategy, campaign planning, budgets, optimization,
and testing strategies for full-funnel, multi-platform campaigns.
* Plan across paid media channels, including television, radio, print,
out-of-home, digital, social, and mobile.
* Leverage data, insights, and campaign learnings to determine the appropriate
channel mix and strengthen data-informed media plans.
* Partner with Analytics teams to incorporate measurement and insights into
media strategies and recommendations.
* Translate client audience data, business goals, and challenges into
customized media plans.
