GENERAL SUMMARY:
The position of Architectural Designer works to support a team of architects and designers working with well-known international retail brands. Previous experience in the design of projects for the retail industry is a plus but not required.
This position is based in our CDMX office; the position does not offer any remote work options.

Support staff with presentations, schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Correct and update drawings and provide assistance to project teams and other staff members as required
Perform elementary architectural assignments
Prepare architectural plans/renderings
Inspect architectural features of structures in the field
Maintain the project manual and specifications
Review drawings for code compliance
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong and versatile building design and presentation skill
sHigh proficiency in current AutoCAD and Revit is required for this positio
nHigh proficiency in current versions of Sketchup, 3D Studio or Archicad, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Exce
lAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team environmen
t100% bilingual English/Spanish; Excellent written and verbal communication skill
sPerform self-quality control of completed construction documents prior to submitting them to Project Leader
