The Junior Program/Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of automotive engineering programs. In this role, you will ensure project information is accurate, milestones are tracked, and program deliverables are completed on time. You will work closely with engineering teams, program managers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project execution, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support program planning, tracking, and execution of engineering activities.
Collect, analyze, and maintain project data to support program decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor program performance.
Create and maintain Excel macros and automation tools to optimize data management.
Manage project documentation, engineering records, and technical documentation.
Support Purchase Order (PO) tracking and related administrative activities.
Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.




Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely communication of deliverables.
Prepare monthly program status reports and management presentations.
Monitor project milestones and escalate potential risks when necessary.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality, timing, and program objectives are achieved.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, Engineering, or the automotive industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong experience using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Languages: Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
