The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. This includes guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house non‑kitchen spaces, as well as overseeing laundry and dry‑cleaning services for hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry. The role also involves aligning departmental performance with corporate strategies and brand standards while consistently meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in luxury hotels and operation full service.
Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (spoken and written) are both essential.
