Job Description
The purpose of the job is to achieve maximum sales growth and profitability in the online channel. This is done by:
Contributing actively to attract and convert more consumers to customers and encourage existing customers to shop more frequently by using and developing home furnishing competence, commercial and communication skills and knowledge of the IKEA Concept. Reporting on Online commerce and customer journey elements, metrics, data and to develop actionable insights on a market level. Maintain a strong retail foundation online and align to sales leaders, commercial activities and counterparts in other Ikano Retail markets to share best practice, commercial opportunities and operational excellence. To develop the skills, capabilities, competence and confidence of the Online team in your market.
