For IMA FLXHub Sector Mexico We’re looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our local sales and service subsidiary, driving growth and operational excellence in the market.
The Role
Full P&L; responsibility for the subsidiary
Lead and develop the local sales and service teams
Drive revenue growth and market share
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Align local strategy with group/HQ objectives
Manage key customer and partner relationships
Report on performance, forecasts, and market trends
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in a leadership role (Country/GM/Sales Manager)
Track record in sales and/or service operations
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
Willingness to travel
