As Regional Creative Lead, you will shape the creative presence of a globally recognized entertainment brand across North America, EMEA, and LATAM. You’ll combine creative leadership with hands-on production, turning strategic insights into compelling integrated campaigns. Working closely with regional marketing leads, global brand and creative teams, and agency partners, you’ll establish a consistent creative standard while adapting work to local cultures and audiences. You’ll oversee concepts from initial insight through final execution and personally create graphics, video, social, and event assets when needed. The role offers significant visibility and influence, including opportunities to present creative direction to senior leadership. Success will mean building a cohesive regional identity that feels globally recognizable while remaining culturally relevant in every market.

Accountabilities




Partner with regional marketing leads across EMEA, LATAM, and North America to ensure creative work supports regional strategies, priorities, and key moments.
Lead integrated campaign concepts from initial insight and creative development through execution across multiple markets.
Own the regional creative direction and quality bar, guiding internal teams and external agencies toward cohesive, high-quality, on-brand work.
Translate integral brand positioning into creative executions that remain consistent while adapting appropriately to local cultures, languages, and contexts.
Produce high-quality creative assets across graphic design, short-form video, social content, and event materials, including work built from in-game footage.
Develop creative concepts and briefs for creator agencies, balancing authentic creator expression with strong brand alignment.
