About the Role

The Global Talent Strategy Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the future growth, scalability, and strategic impact of Farmers Business Services (FBS). As the leader driving the evolution of Farmers' international talent model, this role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, business expansion,



workforce planning, and organizational development.

Partnering closely with senior business leaders, Workforce Architects, People Advisory teams, and FBS operational leaders, you will ensure FBS continues to grow as a trusted source of high-quality talent across Latin America and India. This role is focused on building the strategies, infrastructure, and partnerships that enable FBS to scale sustainably, strengthen business capabilities, and deliver long-term value to Farmers and its Lines of Business.

What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of FBS growth initiatives, expanding talent capabilities across geographies, business functions, and Lines of Business.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align workforce planning, talent strategies, and business priorities, positioning FBS as a strategic growth engine for Farmers.
- Drive the development of scalable people programs, leadership initiative
