About the Role

The HR Advisor serves as the human-centered escalation point within an AI-enabled HR operating model, providing expert guidance on complex and sensitive employee matters that require empathy, judgment, and nuanced decision-making. As part of the newly established Advisory Services team, this role supports employees and leaders across the organization by resolving advanced HR inquiries, assessing organizational needs, and driving positive employee experiences. The position plays a critical role in executing people strategies aligned with business objectives while promoting operational excellence,

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations and HR inquiries that cannot be resolved through self-service or AI-supported channels.
- Provide consultative HR guidance to employees, managers, and business leaders on policies, procedures, employee lifecycle matters, and workplace concerns.
- Assess sensitive situations, evaluate risk, and recommend appropriate resolutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and practices.
- Partner with leaders to support employee experience initiatives, performance management discussions, organizational design efforts, and change management activities.
- Manage complex HR cases from intake through resolution, ensuring thorough documentation, timely follow-up, and high-quality outcomes.
