Downstream Planning Leader
- Drive Master Production Planning in Manufacturing Site in Queretaro
Key Responsibilities
- Organize the downstream flows from the Manufacturing Plant and improve Mfg. SC Performance
- Anticipate Manufacturing . Supply risks in advance & quickly re-act
Main Activities
- Drive Master Production Planning process in collaboration with other functions
- Integrate Total demand from IG & OG Flows & anticipate missing demands in MPP
- Implement & follow Plant Waiting Queue for all Production Lines in Mfg. Plant
- Leverage use of APS (e.g. Kinaxis) to optimize inventory / service level
- Participate in Plant Value Stream Mapping and support continuous improvement of Product Lead Time
- Monitor and improve downstream SC performance at plant level ( OTD / Customer leadtime / Inventory performance indicators)
- Accountable to reach performance on Production Plan Commit & Attainment
- Maintain Macro Master Data (Prod Site, Line, Part assignment, Constraints) in APS & Be the Key User for the department for information system
Key Systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Kinaxis / One MM / SAP / OPM / Tableau
Experience Level
- 2-3 years’ experience in SC Planning environment
- Strong experience in Inventory & supply planning
